Gîte on second floor (first floor unoccupied):
- Entrance into open-plan living room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas hob, built-in oven, fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, deep fryer...) opening onto living/dining room with TV and dining table (extension possible),
- Small 1-2-person bedroom with 140x190cm bed and TV,
- Bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine,
- Large family room with 2 beds 160x200cm and lounge area with sofa, poufs and TV.

Outside: garden furniture with barbecue, petanque area, swing, trampoline and ping-pong table, deckchairs. Access to the vast garden planted with fruit trees (7000m²). Hiking trails depart from the gîte.
Wifi internet connection. All charges included: bed linen, towels and household linen, heating, electricity and cleaning. Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bath and playpen.
Pets accepted (deposit €130).
