Located in Monchaux-Soreng, in the heart of a green setting between Countryside and coastline, this Holiday cottage for 4 people welcomes you in a comfortable and bright house, ideal for a stay with family or friends to discover the Seine-Maritime and the Baie de Somme. From the moment you arrive, you'll enjoy a warm and friendly living space. The main room, bathed in light thanks to its many openings onto the garden, features a cosy living room, a welcoming dining room and a modern, well-equipped open kitchen, perfect for sharing good times after your days of discovery. The pellet stove adds an extra touch of warmth during off-season stays. The Holiday cottage has two comfortable bedrooms for up to 4 people, plus an additional sleeping possibility in an extra room (without windows), ideal for a Kids or an extra person (see extra person modalities). A modern bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine completes the facilities for a practical and pleasant stay. Outside, you'll enjoy an enclosed garden to the rear, perfect for relaxing in peace and quiet, as well as a terrace area laid out for al fresco dining. A shared courtyard is also accessible with the owner's beauty salon, offering the opportunity to indulge in a moment of relaxation during your stay. Please note: a railroad line passes close to the Holiday cottage. However, it's a little-used line, with very few crossings, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the surroundings throughout your stay. The flora and fauna are an integral part of the property, so it's not possible to claim any compensation or pecuniary indemnity. The garden is planted with flowers and organic produce, and has been approved to offer you a relaxing setting and a sense of Wellbeing. In terms of discovery, the location is ideal for exploring. You're in the immediate vicinity of the Baie de Somme, one of the most beautiful bays in the world, renowned for its natural landscapes, seals and vast wilderness. The seaside resorts of Le Tréport and Mers-les-Bains offer cliffs, beaches and Belle Époque charm, while nature lovers will appreciate the many hiking and cycling trails between the Bresle valley and the coastline. Between seaside escapades, gastronomic discoveries (fish, seafood, Normandy specialties) and moments of relaxation at the Holiday cottage, your stay is adorned with authenticity and rejuvenation.

1st floor: -Landing with multi-game table (table soccer and billiards), Kids' games and library area, -Windowless bedroom with double bed (140x190cm) and single bed (90x190cm), -Room for 2 with double bed (160x200cm). Outside: -Garden at the rear of the house, fully enclosed and independent, not overlooked. Small shed with all outdoor equipment (deckchair, barbecue, etc.). No private parking, but free parking right in front of the Holiday cottage, -Shared courtyard with the institute, with smoking area protected by a roof, -Possibility of storing bicycles in the shared courtyard between the Holiday cottage and the institute.
