This renovated farmhouse offers a simple, warm, and very relaxing setting. Surrounded by greenery, it is perfect for travelers seeking a peaceful stay with a true Countryside feel. The presence of animals nearby adds an authentic and lively touch, which kids especially love.

On the ground floor, the large living area creates a bright and welcoming space. The living room, sitting area, and open kitchen flow naturally into one another, perfect for sharing meals, relaxing, or planning the next day’s outings. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy cooking, whether for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, whatever the season.
Upstairs, the sleeping area is divided into two sections: a bedroom for two people and a secure loft equipped with a 160x200 cm bed. This attic-style layout offers a pleasant and well-designed sleeping area, particularly suited for a family with kids or two couples.

Outside, the enclosed garden lets you fully enjoy sunny days in complete tranquility. Kids can have fun with the swing and croquet set, while adults enjoy a game on the petanque court. The setting is ideal for slowing down, getting some fresh air, and savoring the simple pleasures of the Countryside.

From Préaux, you’ll enjoy a convenient location for alternating between nature and sightseeing. Rouen is just 15 km away, with its cathedral, half-timbered streets, Museums, and the banks of the Seine. Around the holiday cottage, hiking trails, farms, a tree-top adventure course, and outdoor activities like archery offer great ideas for outings for the whole family.

- Open and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker, pod coffee maker, utensils, and appliances)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and washing machine
- Separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Secure loft (wooden railing) with 1 bed (160x200 cm) (blackout curtains)
- Bedroom for 2 people with 2 90x200 cm beds (can be joined)

Baby equipment (Umbrella bed and high chair)

Outdoors:
- Enclosed garden: the garden is fenced but not completely enclosed. Extra caution is advised with kids or pets.
- Private and comfortable garden furniture
- Children’s play equipment (swing, croquet set, etc.)
- Petanque court at the back of the property

Small pets are allowed, limited to one per stay

Animals on the property: sheep, chickens, ducks (not accessible)
