- Bathroom with sink, toilet, and large walk-in shower.

First floor:
- Bedroom for 2 people with a double bed (160 x 200 cm),
- Bedroom for 2 people with twin beds (2 beds measuring 80 x 200 cm, which can be combined into 1 bed measuring 160 x 200 cm).

Outdoors:
- Private terrace at the back of the holiday cottage with a view of the mini-farm (chickens, ducks, goats),
- Shared garden with another holiday cottage (G6176), fully enclosed,
- Shared parking lot for both holiday cottages, accommodating 4 to 5 vehicles.
