Its warm atmosphere, wood-burning stove, and thoughtfully designed spaces make it the perfect spot for a getaway as a couple or with the family.

From your private terrace, enjoy an unobstructed view of the goats on the property, which guests of all ages can come and feed. Horses are also on the estate, much to the delight of nature and animal lovers.

To extend your relaxation, a shared Nordic hot tub is available by reservation via a schedule posted on-site. Numerous hiking trails start right near the holiday cottage, allowing you to explore the rolling landscapes of the Boucles de la Seine Normande Regional Nature Park.

Just a few minutes from Caudebec-en-Caux, the Route des Chaumières, and the banks of the Seine, the Holiday cottage Cozy is an ideal destination for a relaxing weekend or a nature-filled vacation in Seine-Maritime.

Adjacent to a second holiday cottage with the same capacity, it’s perfect for family getaways while still offering privacy.

First floor:
- Bedroom off the landing for 2 people (140x190 cm bed).
- Master bedroom with a king-size bed (160x200 cm) and a closet.

Private wooden deck with outdoor furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue.
Enclosed garden shared with the other holiday cottage, offering a pleasant view of the goat and chicken pens.
