Outside, furnished terraces and green spaces invite you to relax in a quiet, unspoiled setting. Cycling and hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the direct access to the Avenue Verte, located at the foot of the estate.

Nestled between the countryside and the coast, this holiday cottage is an ideal base for exploring the cliffs of Étretat, the port of Fécamp, the beaches of the Alabaster Coast, and the treasures of the Pays de Caux.

Ground floor:

-Living room with smart TV (access to streaming platforms with your login credentials), board games, and wooden games,
-Separate bathroom with washer and dryer,
-Wellbeing room with a Spa and a direct view of the terrace at the back of the house and the meadow with the ponies.

1st floor:
-2 double bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200 cm),
-2 bedrooms for 2 people with twin beds (either 2 beds measuring 80x200 cm or 1 bed measuring 160x200 cm),
-Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and toilet,

2nd floor:
-2 bedrooms for 2 people with queen-size beds (160x200 cm),
-Kids’ bedroom for 3 people with bunk beds and 1 single Cabin bed (3 beds measuring 90x200 cm),
-Bathroom with a double walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet,
-Bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet.

Outdoors:
-Private parking for 3 cars
-Relaxation area with 2 hanging hammocks and outdoor seating,
-Patio with 2 large garden tables,
-Second shaded area under a tree with a hanging hammock and log chairs.

One pet is allowed, but please note that the property is not fenced and the pony paddock is not secure for a pet.
Access to other buildings is prohibited.

The holiday cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. There are 3 steps to reach the entrance.
