Located in Saint-Aubin-Routot, in the heart of the Pays de Caux region, this spacious 9-person Holiday cottage with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms welcomes you to a peaceful, verdant setting. Its privileged location makes it easy to reach Le Havre, a UNESCO World Heritage City, as well as the famous cliffs of Étretat and the picturesque port of Honfleur.

The Holiday cottage is an old flint and half-timbered house. It has been completely renovated and offers large, bright spaces, a convivial kitchen, a comfortable living room and a private garden ideal for relaxing with family or friends.

Set between the Sea and the Countryside, it's the ideal place to discover the natural and cultural riches of Normandy, while enjoying the peace and quiet of the Cauchois bocage.

1st floor: All bedrooms have work space with a desk.

- Room for 2 with 2 single beds (2X90X190cm),
- Bedroom for 3 with 1 double bed and 1 single bed (140X190cm and 90X190cm),
- Room for 2 with 1 double bed (160X190cm),
- Relaxation area on landing with book corner,
- Bathroom with large shower, washbasin and WC.

Exterior:
- Terrace with garden furniture and lounge,
- Private parking spaces (3 cars).
