Group gîte sleeps 20, with capacity for 40, 30 minutes from Rouen.

The Gîte du Valnaye is a forest house located in the heart of the Roumare forest in the Parc Naturel des Boucles de la Seine Normande. Nature lovers will be delighted by the discovery trails and all the fun and educational tools available on site.
This large gîte is also the ideal place to stay with family or friends, as well as for specialized structures: the Gîte du Valnaye - VISITER association offers a number of outdoor sports and leisure activities: hiking, canoeing down the Austreberthe river, treasure hunts, as well as environmental education activities with an animator: themed hikes, sensitive approach to nature, initiation to hut building, discovery of forest litter, discovery of wildlife and forest fauna...

Ground floor (handicapped accessible, sleeps 6 + bathroom) :

- fully-equipped kitchen,
- living room, bar, fireplace, dining area
- 3 bedrooms: 1 with 7 beds (including 2 bunk beds and 2 healthcare beds), 2 with 8 beds (4 bunk beds).
- 3 sanitary blocks (including one specially designed for disabled guests).
Outside :
- country corner with barbecue and forest tables, petanque court, children's playground with swings, bike shelter, nature gazebo, Panda chalet and a tree house.
