Welcome to the Gîte des Coquelicots, located in Cany Barville, close to all amenities, with the coast only 8km away and the town center just a short walk away. Nearby, numerous activities will delight young and old alike: swimming pool, Lac de Caniel, tennis courts, Voie Verte accessible via the town center, St Valery-en-Caux and its Casino 10 minutes away.... The house is adjoining the owners' and has been fitted out so that everyone can enjoy a successful stay in complete privacy. It is with great pleasure and in a spirit of sharing that they will be able to guide you on the local tourist treasures of their region and on their work as market gardeners.

First floor:
- Entrance hall leading to fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, hood, built-in oven, filter coffee maker, freezer, toaster...),
- Living room with sofa, pouffe, armchair and flat-screen TV,
- Dining table for 4,
- Bathroom with shower cubicle, WC, hairdryer and electric towel dryer,
- Laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron,

Second floor:
- Landing leading to bedrooms with convertible sofa for 2,
- 1 small attic bedroom for 1 person with 90cm x 200cm bed,
- 1 small attic bedroom with bed 140x190cm,
Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and two deckchairs. Baby bed.
Heating included for your comfort, as are linen (towels and tea towels) and bed linen (beds made up).
