Gîte de la Forêt

Gîte for 6 people in a pretty village on the banks of the Seine. Very touristy, close to Rouen with regular public transport (departure almost every hour to Rouen and Le Havre).

Self-contained Holiday cottage on the first floor of a 1960s house with 600m² enclosed garden, located on the outskirts of Caudebec-en-Caux, in a quiet residential area (houses and apartment buildings).
The gîte's living room and balcony overlook the Seine, and the Forest is close by for Hiking enthusiasts.
Halfway between Rouen and Le Havre, Caudebec-en-Caux lies on the banks of the Seine at the foot of the Pont de Brotonne. The quays along the Seine offer a pleasant stroll right through the heart of the City, aptly nicknamed "the Pearl of the Seine Valley". Shops and restaurants nearby.
The owners do not allow smoking in the house.

Access to the house via a few steps:
- open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, 1-bowl sink, microwave, 4-burner induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment)
- living room with French window opening onto balcony (fitted with awning) with view down to the Seine,
- lounge, 110cm TV,
- small, narrow bathroom: large 120x90cm shower, washbasin,

- shower room: large 160x85cm shower with 1 shower head at each end,
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm,
- 1 bedroom 2 single beds 90x190cm,
- 1 bedroom 1 double bed 160x200cm,
Umbrella bed, high chair on request prior to arrival.
Gas heating included from October to April.

Basement:
- laundry room: washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer.

Exterior:
Garden furniture and barbecue on a large 25 m2 terrace overlooking the Seine.
