Large 12-person Holiday cottage, ideal for family gatherings or friends, with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The petanque court and heated indoor swimming pool (from April 12 to November 1) will ensure you have a great time. The fully glazed veranda, with its magnificent view over the landscaped garden, is the ideal setting for an aperitif. There's also a pool table on the veranda. With the Holiday cottage, "La Villa", your weekends will fly by!
First floor:
- Large living room with lounge and dining area overlooking landscaped garden and private indoor swimming pool.
- Open, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, TASSIMO coffee maker).
- Large veranda with lounge and pool table.
- 2 separate WCs, 1 with washbasin.
- 3 large bedrooms with double beds.
- Large bathroom with spacious walk-in shower.
- Laundry room with washing machine giving access to first floor.

Francoise Semaine en famille
Maison spacieuse pour 11 (5 adultes et 6 enfants). Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable au calme, la véranda, belle pièce, avec billard, un jardin bien entretenu bcp de buissons d’ortensias magnifiques en cette saison. La piscine, couverte ou découverte, selon la météo a ravi petits et grands.
Pas très loin d’Etretat, Honfleur ou Fécamp

Mary - Scotland Lovely family holiday
We had a wonderful family holiday in La Villa. There were 7 adults and 3 children and it suited us all very well. The swimming pool was a great advantage and the pool table was extremely well used. We had boules competitions and football competitions in the lovely garden. There are many interesting towns to visit in the region. We particularly liked Honfleur, Etretat and Rouen. I would certainly recommend this gite.

Colette Très bel endroit
Nous avons passé trois nuits à 10 (6 adultes, deux ados et deux enfants de 8 ans). Le gîte est idéalement situé, au calme dans la campagne normande. et tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Paola, qui nous a accueillis, est très aimable et réactive en cas de besoin.
Nous avons apprécié l'espace mis à notre disposition et la piscine (surtout quand la pluie s'invite). La véranda est lumineuse et bien agréable. L'équipement de la cuisine est suffisant et adapté pour 10 personnes.
L'espace nuit est séparé des pièces de vie et donc au calme pour des enfants qui se couchent plus tôt. Malgré les sèches-serviettes présents dans les salles d'eau, nous aurions apprécié un sèche-linge même si pas indispensable.
Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu.
Nous sommes tout à fait satisfait de notre séjour à La Villa et n'hésiterons pas à y revenir si l'occasion se présente.- Cleanliness

Itsmcst Très bon week-end en famille
Très bon week-end en famille passé au sein de la villa, très grande et permettant à chacun d'avoir son espace. La piscine chauffée, la table de billard, le barbecue, l'extérieur... tout y est pour profiter un maximum.
