In an authentic farmhouse planted with apple trees, this house, which has preserved its authenticity while providing comfort and modernity, features a pretty terrace and a 200m² unfenced garden with ample parking. Utilities, cleaning and bed linen included.

First floor :
- living room with kitchen area (dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, induction hob),
- fireplace (insert) that can heat most of the house (wood provided), TV, DVD home cinema player,
- shower room with double basins
- separate toilet,
- washing machine and tumble dryer.

1st floor :
- 1 large bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm and 1 single bed 90x190cm),

    Vacances en Pays de Caux

    Très bon séjour dans une bâtisse rénovée avec goût par le propriétaire. Très bien équipée, propre, une literie qui nous a convenu. Au calme.
    Bien située pour découvrir cette belle région (Étretat, Fécamp, Rouen mais aussi Deauville, Trouville ou Honfleur...).
    Une agréable semaine ensoleillée mais un peu de vent quand même.
    Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tout voir mais nous gardons l'adresse au cas où nous revenions.
    Vincent est très agréable et accueillant.
