Étretat town center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, or by car in 2 minutes. The estate has a large, secure private parking lot, a pétanque court, a children's playground and a dovecote that has been completely restored and turned into a sauna. The Arsène & Lupin gîte is a combination of 2 gîtes (ground floor and 1st floor), each with a bright living room and fully-equipped kitchen, and comfortable rooms decorated with taste and modernity. Direct access to the GR21 hiking trail from the estate.
