Charming detached house 200 meters from the beach in the heart of the famous seaside resort of Mesnil-Val in Criel-sur-Mer.

The house has been tastefully and modernly renovated by the owners, who will be delighted to welcome you and advise you on the many tourist attractions nearby (Le Tréport, Dieppe, Sea-les-Bains...).
You'll particularly appreciate the village's well-preserved architectural heritage, with its period villas and two beaches (Criel-sur-Mer and Mesnil-Val) surrounded by Europe's highest chalk cliffs.
A few local shops (bakery, hairdresser, grocery store) are within 50 m walking distance of the Holiday cottage, and 3 restaurants are 200 m away (supermarket 3km).

Private parking space in front of the gite with video surveillance. Access to the beach at 200m and local shops at 50m on foot.
