Located 20 minutes by car from Étretat and the City of Le Havre, less than an hour from Deauville and Honfleur. Built in 1871 in a typical Cauchois style, the house was completely renovated in 2023 in a "Countryside" style combining the cachet of the past with modernity. The house features a large enclosed garden with a Nordic Spa, a paddock with animals (goat, pig, sheep and hens) and a wide range of leisure activities (billiards, portico, pétanque court, board games...).
