Discover this superb, fully-renovated 19th-century self-catering cottage, offering an all-inclusive stay in Clères.
Nestled in the heart of a 1500 m² garden, it offers a peaceful and authentic setting. With private parking for up to 7 vehicles, you'll enjoy all the comforts of a peaceful stay.
Just 300 meters from shops and close to numerous hiking trails, the gîte is the perfect base for exploring Clères' tourist and cultural treasures, including its zoo and amusement park. You'll also benefit from easy access to major destinations: Rouen is just 20 minutes away by train, and Dieppe 35 minutes, with the station just a 5-minute walk from the gîte.
First floor:

Nous (Michel et Sophie) avons emménagé en 1987 dans cette longère que nous avons passé 20 ans à rénover et à agrandir pour la rendre agréable et confortable. Nous l'avons habité jusqu'en 2013. Lorsque nos enfants ont quitté la maison, nous avons déménagé dans une maison plus petite mais nous n'avons pas voulu nous séparer de cette maison que nous avions passé beaucoup de temps à rénover. Nous l'avons donc gardée et avons décidé d'en faire profiter, le temps d'un week end ou des vacances, tous ceux qui voudraient découvrir notre belle région.

GAXELLE tres bien
Le gite est conforme à la description, nous avons eu un très bon accueil des propriétaires avec qui nous avions eu un échange téléphonique les jours précèdent pour notre arrivée, c'était très propre et les lits fait.
je recommanderais cette location.

PS/si nous pouvons donner un petit conseil: revoir les douches au niveau de l'espace et de la robinetterie qui nous semblent d'un autre temps.

Luke Perfect for a family in a beautiful location.
The house was fantastic, and accommodated our families perfectly. The hosts were very accommodating and available if we needed them. The village is wonderful and just a short walk away. Probably one of our best Gite stays and we have been using the platform for decades.
