This spacious apartment is located on the ground floor of a 19th century town house. It will charm you with the quality of its decoration and materials. You'll enjoy a pleasant planted interior terrace adjoining the terrace of another accommodation and access to the spa (open all year). Warm welcome from the owner. Everything is included for your comfort.
Large shared entrance hall. First floor: living room (TV), fitted kitchen with dining area (fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob), wc, shower room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm) opening onto terrace.
Access to the shared Spa (open from April 15) via an outside staircase in the property (1st access free, then subsequent use subject to a charge, please bring bathrobes and towels). Pets allowed by prior arrangement with the owner.
Bicycles can be parked in the garage.

les doris séjour à fécamp
trois jours de visite et promenade dans la ville,avant de sortir la voiture pour d'autres excursions....Nous avons très bien dormi ,la literie est excellente, dans un calme parfait .

Accueil parfait, explications organisationnelles parfaites , disponibilité et discrétion des propriétaires. Gite arrangé avec gout et originalité de la déco. Bien placé en centre ville.

Le gîte est impeccable à tout point de vue - fonctionnel, esthétique, propreté, accueil - et sa situation à quelques minutes du port, de la gare routière (et d'un supermarché) est idéale.
