After watching the water flow, take a canoe trip down the river! Or warm up by the log fire in the peace and quiet of this old building, after a walk in the forest or at the buffalo farm! The church bell sets the pace for your day. Easy access to the sea at Dieppe, a lively little town all year round.

Site magnifique et au calme
3/5Belle maison dans un site privilégié au bord de l'eau jsute en face d'une charmante église. Mais...
pas d'eau chaude pendant 2 jours (donc douches, toilette et vaisselle à l'eau froide), le ballon électrique qui sent le brûlé. La propriétaire était désolée mais aucun geste commercial.
Pas de joint sur la porte de l'insert de la cheminée, donc arrivée d'air++. Le bois brûle très vite et ne chauffe rien. Pas idéal pour nos forêts.
Un lieu qu'il faudrait penser à entretenir, il le mérite !- Cleanliness 4/5

Super séjour dans une belle demeure
5/5L'arrivée au gîte est très belle, a côté d'une petite chapelle.
La maison est grande et confortable. On a apprécié le calme et profité de la cheminée.
Les commerçants sont à 10 mn et la mer à 20 mn.
La propriétaire est très aimable et nous a offert du cidre.
Le petit plus réside dans le camps qui est juste à 2 mn ou l'on a vu des bisons et des loups.
Nous sommes venus en hiver et nous aimerions revenir au printemps pour profiter des extérieurs et de la vue sur la rivière qui traverse la propriété.- Cleanliness 5/5

Peace and tranquility
5/5Although just the two of us we wanted to stay in a place with more space and were not disappointed. Lovely old building in quiet location by the river. Host came to our rescue when we struggled with email password and TV - very promptly. We had a delightfully peaceful stay with no cooking but lots of cheese, wine and charcuterie.
We struggled a little with lighting in the evening and would have appreciated at least one more powerful reading light. Other than that very happy with our stay.
The illuminated adjacent church which was lit at night was a lovely view from one of the bedroom windows and we enjoyed the half hourly chimes !!- Cleanliness 5/5
