Unique setting for this gîte in the heart of the Boucles de la Seine Normande regional nature park: detached thatched cottage set in a 5000m² enclosed garden planted with trees, close to the owners' house (a 16th-century longère) and another gîte.
500 m from the forest, 1.5 km from the river and 7 km from the Mesnil-sous-Jumièges leisure center and golf course.
First floor: kitchen (electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher) with dining area, living room (LCD TV), shower room, wc, 1 bedroom (1 double bed).
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (3 single beds), gaming room, shower room with wc.
Access to owners' laundry (washing machine and dryer). ELECTRICITY, HEATING, BED LINEN, HOUSEKEEPING INCLUDED.
Visitor's tax. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.

Habitant juste à côté et retraités tous les deux, nous sommes à disposition de nos locataires mais faisons en sorte de ne pas être envahissants. L'ancien centre équestre mobilise encore beaucoup de notre temps, d'autant qu'il nous reste quelques chevaux et que nous accueillons ceux de nos locataires mais ses activités ont cessé fin 2022. Tranquillité assurée, donc !
