Located in the heart of the village, this pleasantly appointed Semi-detached house welcomes you to a quiet cul-de-sac, just behind the village bakery.
A few vehicles may drive in front of the house (access for a local resident). You can park your car on the main street near the Holiday cottage.
Thanks to its location, you'll be able to easily discover the riches of the Côte d'Albâtre: Étretat, Fécamp, Saint-Valery-en-Caux, Veules-les-Roses... Majestic cliffs, pebble beaches, typical ports, markets and Hiking trails await you.
Enjoy the tranquility of the hinterland and take advantage of a holiday rich in discovery and authenticity.
First floor:
Living room including :
- Fully-equipped kitchen (table, 4 chairs, 1-bowl sink, trio stove [4-burner vitroceramic hob, oven, dishwasher], extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker and Senseo machine, washing machine.
- Small open scullery (fridge/freezer), clothesline, table, iron and vacuum cleaner.
- Living room with 105cm flat-screen TV, pellet stove,
First floor:
- Shower room with WC, towel dryer and hairdryer.
- 1 bedroom 2 single beds 90x200cm convertible into a double bed,
- 1 bedroom 1 double bed 160x200cm,
Small unfenced outdoor area with easement.
1 medium-sized dog or 2 small dogs allowed.
Dogs must be kept on a leash outside due to easement.

Excellent gîte, très bien situé pour visiter la région. La propriétaire était très arrangeante pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ. Le gîte est vraiment très complet, joliment décoré et surtout très propre.

Margrit und Raimund Wunderbares Ferienhaus mit allem drum und dran
Sylvie und Eric sind äußerst liebenswürdige und verbindliche Vermieter. Sie sind jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht (auch in der Küche) ist vorhanden.
Wir können einen Urlaub hier sehr empfehlen!!!
Sylvie et Éric sont des propriétaires tres aimables et obligeants. Ils sont disponibles à tout moment. La maison est aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et de manière pratique. Tout ce dont on a besoin (même dans la cuisine) est disponible.

Tout était parfait dans ce gîte. Sylvie la propriétaire est très accueillante et prévenante. Situation parfaite pour découvrir Etretat et ses environs. Il y avait toujours de la place pour se garer à quelques pas donc on n'a pas du tout été géné par l'absence de parking privé. La décoration est soignée, l'équipement neuf et original. D'ailleurs ça m'a donné quelques idées pour chez moi! On voit que le moindre détail a été pensé et c'est réussi on se sent mieux que chez soi!. Les lits faits, le linge de maison fourni sont un plus. La propreté est irréprochable. Nous avons loué un autre gîte la semaine suivante et le contraste était saisissant! Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse, c'est une très belle expérience, merci !

La maison est bien équipée, elle garde bien le frais. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin des ventilateurs, ce qui était un gros avantage par rapport à notre appartement lyonnais.
La localisation est pratique pour aller sur la côte et visiter. Les hôtes sont sympathiques et disponibles en cas de besoin.
