Facing the Seine, town house located in the center of the charming village of La Bouille, tastefully decorated and beautifully appointed.

Let yourself be tempted by a getaway in the loops of the Seine, in one of France's most beautiful villages renowned for its painters, just 20 minutes from Rouen City center . The house has been fully renovated by the owners since June 2023, who have taken particular care to decorate it and make it as comfortable as possible. Shops such as bars, restaurants and bakeries are within walking distance. You'll particularly appreciate the view of the Seine from every room on 3 levels.
Numerous walks in the loops of the Seine, caving, visits to Robert le Diable castle, Rouen's Historical district...
A small courtyard is accessible from the rear of the house (neighboring rights of way nearby).

Ground floor:
- Open-plan kitchen opening onto living room with connected TV, wifi, good-quality sofa bed with mattress for 2 people,
- Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso and filter coffee makers, toaster, kettle, gas hob, microwave oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer, with all necessary utensils, basic condiments and household products.

1st floor:
- Large bedroom overlooking the Seine with king-size bed 180x200cm and TV,
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, electric towel dryer and separate toilet.

2nd floor:
- Large bedroom with view of the Seine, equipped with a 140x190cm bed and television.

All bed linen, towels, tea towels and plaids are provided. Quality bedding, welcome products available, housekeeping and heating included.
Parking nearby along the quay. Baby bed available.
