Located on the first floor of a typical brick and flint Semi-detached house, this Holiday cottage is ideal for couples, families or friends, with all shops within walking distance and the Beach only 200 meters away. The owner has taken particular care to combine the cachet of the old with a contemporary touch (exposed stone living room). In fine weather, you can enjoy the private terrace and barbecue, and easily explore the tourist attractions of the Côte d'Albâtre.

Holiday cottage on one level:
- Entrance into living/dining room with sofa bed, flat-screen TV, DVD player and dining table,
- Equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, Nescafé "Dolce Gusto" coffee maker...),
- Small 2-person dormitory-style bedroom with two Bunk beds and games area,
- 2-person master bedroom with 140x190cm bed and direct access to private terrace,
- Bathroom with towel dryer and hairdryer,
- Separate WC,
Private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Owner's house nearby, otherwise no other vis-à-vis possible.
Free parking spaces in the street or nearby, possibility of unloading in front of the owners' garage if required.
