On the outskirts of Alençon, you'll be warmly welcomed as a friend in a property that's been in the family for many generations, in the heart of the château's park and pond. 5 Bed and breakfast rooms in the château and family gatherings possible.
Accommodation in an outbuilding of the château.
Ground floor: kitchen, living room (120 cm sofa bed), wood-burning stove, bathroom with disabled-accessible toilet.
Upstairs: attic bedroom (1 divisible 180 cm double bed, 2 single beds).
Electric heating to be paid locally according to consumption.
2 terraces on each side with private, unfenced garden.
COMPULSORY CLEANING PACKAGE EVERY 15 DAYS FOR PROFESSIONALS
Possibility of additional Holiday cottage "Perseigne" for up to 6 people at a supplement of 120 € / day.

Jomi Le calme dans la verdure.
Nous avons apprécié l'arrivée dans un grand parc arboré et l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Le logement est spacieux et lumineux. Les lits faits sont très confortables, le linge de toilette est de bonne qualité et la vaisselle de table est jolie. Dommage que le ménage n'ait pas été fait complètement (nous avons eu l'explication par la propriétaire qui s'en est excusé). Nous avons bénéficié d'un très beau temps, pour autant les nuits étaient agréables. Les deux terrasses bien équipées ont été appréciées, matin et soir. La situation du gîte, à 5 minutes au nord d'Alençon, permet de belles découvertes.

Hôtes charmants et attentionnés. Gîte de belle surface, confortable et bien agencé / décoré, agréablement situé dans un parc arboré et à 10mn en voiture des commerces.

Holidaymakers Charming holiday rental
We stayed here for five nights. It is a lovely, rustic space with an especially charming sitting room and garden. We were made very welcome and had all we needed. It is a quiet and beautiful setting yet very close to Alencon. Just one note of information: the grill and toaster which are shown in the advertised images are not available.
