At the foot of Mont Margantin, Olivier himself restored this hamlet, abandoned 30 years ago, using only traditional, local materials: local sandstone, old tiles, hemp and lime, beams, joists, parquet flooring and panelling made from mature trees on the property... in 7 years of work, the result is remarkably authentic!
1 km away, Olivier's parents invite you to visit their remarkable garden, as well as a confidential museum of old farming tools from the last century.

Ground floor: living room with 2 sitting areas (including 1 half-floor with library and TV) and kitchen with central island (TV,) bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm, TV), bathroom with whirlpool bath and walk-in shower, wc, laundry room (sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, second fridge/freezer). Floor: bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm, single bed), bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm), bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom, wc, dormitory (6 single beds, TV).
Basement cellar with growers' depot. Geothermal heating from the pond and solar water heater included. Games room (ping-pong, darts, shuffleboard, badminton, molki, construction and board games), carport. Terrace and private, unfenced garden of approx. 1000 m² on a property shared with another gite of 4.5 ha with 1300 m² pond. No-kill boating and fishing available. Home massage service by prior arrangement. Barnyard animals and cattle. 2 dogs max.

Ello Beau week end à la campagne
Un gîte où il fait bon vivre, des espaces communs très grands et bien pensés, un dortoir très sympa pour les enfants.
A l'extérieur, un beau jardin avec vu sur la campagne, accès aux animaux, poules, lapins, chèvres , pour le bonheur des enfants.
En bonus possibilité de visiter , chez les parents du propriétaire un très beau jardin potager et un petit musée d'outils anciens.- Cleanliness

Thibdag Magnifique week-end entre amis
Superbe gîte, très spacieux, hyper bien équipé tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Enfants comme parents ont passé de très bons moments, la météo somptueuse du week-end finissant de parfaire la magie !

Un super séjour dans ce gite tout confort, spacieux, avec du cachet et très bien équipé. Merci à notre hôte !
Nous y avons passé un excellent réveillon entre amis, la disposition des pièces étant parfaite pour nos 3 familles : des chambres spacieuses pour les parents, un dortoir très apprécié par les jeunes, plusieurs espaces communs agréables à vivre.
Nous avons par ailleurs particulièrement apprécié l'équipement de la cuisine. Du presse ail au fouet électrique, en passant par de vrais couteaux qui coupent, de la belle vaisselle et des verres adaptés pour profiter pleinement du pommeau, du calvados et des poirés locaux.
Tout cela complété par un cadre bucolique, et une table de ping pong, praticable même par temps gris et froids !
Une température idéale, avec un beau poêle à bois pour le plaisir du feu.
Sans parler du magnifique escalier de pierre qui aurait été foulé par un roi !!!
N'oubliez par de regarder les photographies de (re) construction du gite ... c'est impressionnant !

GuibDeCaen Un bel accueil dans un superbe lieu
Superbe gîte, idéal pour les regroupements familiaux intergénérationnels. Une restauration remarquable et très soignée dans un très bel environnement. Un équipement complet et de qualité comprenant, entre autres, une grande variété de jeux pour enfants ainsi qu'une table de ping-pong abritée.
En plus de la barque mise à disposition pour profiter de l'étang et de son îlot, les propriétaires, d'une grande gentillesse, offrent la visite commentée d'un magnifique jardin potager ainsi que d'un surprenant petit musée de tracteurs et de matériel agricole anciens et d'objets quotidiens de la vie rurale d'avant.
Et les tours en tracteur proposés par le maître de maison ravissent les enfants.
