If you're a fan of horses and forest rides, this is the place for you! Located in the heart of the Bourse national forest, the gite faces the owners' equestrian center. You'll be able to enjoy horse-riding for leisure or sport, as you wish, as well as strolling along the many hiking trails on site and joining the greenway 3 km away, or taking advantage of the Le Mêle sur Sarthe leisure center 5 km away (free supervised beach, mini golf, games, pedal boats, etc.). The gite and its setting at the heart of the equestrian center are not suitable for large parties. If you're planning a hen party or other event, you'll find other, more suitable structures.

Ground floor (1 step to access bedrooms): living room with fitted kitchen and mezzanine lounge (TV and Chromecast, 2 convertible double sofas).
Ground floor: bedroom (1 divisible double bed 180 x 200 cm), bedroom (double bed 140 x 190 cm), bathroom (Italian shower) with toilet, second separate toilet.
First floor: bedroom (1 divisible double bed 180 x 200 cm and 1 single bed 90 x 190 cm), bedroom (double bed 140 x 190 cm), bathroom (whirlpool bath) with toilet.
Heating included.
Enclosed garden with trees 300 m² with right of way (second house nearby). Bicycle or motorcycle shed. Basketball basket, table tennis, pétanque, molki and skittles.
Horse riding organized every Sunday or by reservation, individual lessons available, courses during school vacations.
