Gite Marcel is the name given to the Denis family in memory of their grandfather, who lived in this family home. At the end of a small road, you'll enjoy a very quiet environment, bathed in nature. Hiking trails start from the gite and all shops are 2 km away. Don't miss a visit to the Grand Hazé marshes along the greenway.
Detached country house with Wood heating and Electric heating included:
- Ground floor:
living room with kitchenette and wood-burning stove, second kitchen equipped with cooking piano, sitting room with TV,
bedroom (2-person bed 140 x 190 cm with blanket),
bathroom with bath and double washbasin,
separate toilet.
- First floor:
landing with reading corner and games for Kids,
bedroom (1-person bed with new wool mattress and blanket),
bedroom (2-person bed 160 x 200 cm with blanket, Kids cot) with washbasin and dressing room.
Unenclosed wooded garden 7000 m² and orchard. Carport and bicycle garage (bikes available). Electric vehicle charging station 100 m away (extra charge).
Bed linen required for business customers.

We had a lovely star here. The owners are very welcoming. The house has all the comfort, and a very well equipped kitchen and a beautiful big garden. Nearby a lot of seeworthy nature and towns.

Köln/Berlin Idylle mitten in der Normandie
Es ist ein friedlicher Ort, sehr liebevoll und ästhetisch anspruchsvoll angelegt. Sehr herzlich wurden wir von den Vermietern empfangen und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt spazieren gehen, die Umgebung bietet anregende wie entspannte Aktivitäten.

Nellie Super tranquille
La maison est très propre et chouette et se trouve dans un jardin très beau et calme. Nôtre chien était très bienvenu.
