A superb garden just for you! "Le manoir" is the name of this beautiful longère with direct access via a gate to the Saint Evroult national forest. Hikers will be delighted. Excellent restaurant in the village 600 m away. St Evroult Notre Dame du Bois leisure center (accro-branche, tyrolienne, fishing, mini golf, etc.) and shops 5 km away.
All-inclusive, detached house on fully private, enclosed grounds.
Ground floor :
entrance hall, living room with open fireplace (1st basket of wood included), living room (TV), kitchen and utility room, bedroom (2-person 140 cm bed), shower room, separate toilet, living room/study.
Attic floor:
2 single beds 90 cm and desk on landing, en suite bedroom (double bed 140 cm).
Terrace under gazebo with garden furniture and deckchairs.
Unenclosed pond with ornamental carp (50cm deep). Garage for bikes and motorcycles available.
Small dogs accepted on request.

MINOUCHE Manoir sans proprietaire
Propriétaire absent tout le long du séjour, nombreuses défaillances du circuit électrique , voir dangereux ,beaucoup de manque au niveau batterie de cuisine .
Point positif grande cheminée qui fonctionne très bien , grand et joli extérieure- Cleanliness

Merci pour votre retour Mme Troussier,
je me permet de vous éclairer suite à mon absence lors de votre arrivée.
Je ne peux en effet en ce moment être disponible qu'en matinée , ma maman sort très perturbée et amoindrie d'une hospitalisation et ma présence est indispensable auprès d'elle l'après midi.
Je regrette aussi le problème électrique inédit, un circuit de lampe a disjoncté. J'aurai put vous indiquer l'emplacement du tableau électrique pour relever le disjoncteur si vous m'aviez contacter.
Enfin merci pour votre remarque quant au manque de moulin à légumes et de moule à tarte. Le nécessaire sera fait rapidement. -
Albert House with private garden
We arrived later than expected, so we couldn't meet the owner, but Nicolas left clear instructions for us and was available on the phone if needed. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was a great base for our day trips to Rouen and Caen.

Eric Gîte calme et reposant
