Les Sources de l'Orne

The river "L'Orne", one of Normandy's most important watercourses, rises just a stone's throw from the gite... hence the name given to it by Stéphanie and Johann, who have largely restored this pretty barn on their own property until summer 2021. You can admire the hens and rooster from the barnyard through the kitchen window, and recycle your household waste at the same time. Situated in the Countryside, at the edge of the village, you'll benefit from the proximity of the Petite Cité de Caractère of Sées (4 km), with its thousand-year-old historic heritage (cathedral with concert and Musilumières shows in summer) and its shops and services. Other attractions include the Rustik medieval adventure park (7 km), the Ecouves animal park (11 km) and, of course, the Haras National du Pin, "the Versailles of the Horse" (18 km).

Independent old house with electric heating and wood included. Ground floor: living room with stove and equipped kitchen. Half floor: living room (comfortable sofa bed, TV), shower room with toilet. First floor: bedroom (double bed 140 x 190 cm, cot), bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm, 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm), independent toilet. Bed linen and towels provided. Possibility for 1 or 2 nights maximum, of a dormitory room (extra charge) with outside access: BZ sofa for 2 people and 3 single beds (1 bunk bed): €75 without sheets. Village hall 50 m away in the village. Enclosed private garden adjoining the owners' garden. Bike shed. Small henhouse with backyard birds adjoining the rear of the Holiday cottage. Pets allowed (cats and dogs), but the owners have 4 very friendly pets.
