This authentic Perche-style house, restored using sustainable materials, offers a peaceful setting just 7 kilometers from the charming small town of Mortagne-au-Perche. Surrounded by 3 hectares of organically managed meadows and designated an LPO (Bird Protection League) refuge, you may spot deer, hares, foxes, and numerous birds in their natural habitat.
Hiking enthusiasts will also appreciate the proximity of the “Tour des Collines du Perche” trail, just 500 m away.
For weekend stays, guests can enjoy the holiday cottage and garden until 6:30 p.m. on Sunday.
