You'll be welcomed on a superb, peaceful property. The gite is located in the old bread oven, a stone's throw from the gentilhommière where the owners live. You can stroll around the 9-hectare park with its century-old trees and orchard, and meet the animals: Maya the cat, Nestor the goat, Bambou and Chocolat the dwarf goats, or the sheep and chickens... (boots recommended). Walnuts, apple juice, eggs...
Detached single-storey house with electric and wood heating.
Living room with fitted kitchen, sitting room (sofa bed) and wood-burning stove.
Bedroom with door to garden: 2-person bed and 1-person bed.
Shower room with toilet.
Covered east-facing terrace. Garden furniture and plancha. Badminton set.
Unenclosed park with ditches that can be drained in summer.
Possibility of additional bedroom upstairs in owners' house with 2-person 160 cm bed and private bathroom: + €60/night, + €40/night without bathroom. All shops, services and Le Mêle sur Sarthe leisure center (swimming, fishing, water sports) 4 kilometers away. Walking trail starting from the property. Voie verte and Véloscenie 2 km away (Accueil Vélo label).

Antoine semaine reposante
Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans ce gîte. Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique, niché au cœur d'un parc arboré qui invite à la détente. Nous cherchions un endroit calme pour nous reposer, et nous avons été comblés. La tranquillité des lieux a été parfaite pour un séjour relaxant.
Le propriétaire nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de chaleur et de générosité, nous offrant même des produits frais de sa ferme. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte à tous ceux qui cherchent un havre de paix pour se ressourcer.

Nous sommes restés 2 semaines dans le gîte d'Isabelle et Christophe.
Tout était parfait, le gîte est très propre et très bien équipé, nous nous sommes sentis chez nous!
Nous avons bien profité du parc et des animaux, très appréciés par notre fils de 1 an ! C'est une petite bulle de calme et de douceur !

English Couple A Perfect Holiday
The gîte was perfect for our needs. Very reasonable price and comfortable enough to relax. Our hosts were very welcoming and we appreciated the time they took to chat to us and we were also grateful for the fresh eggs and vegetables gifted to us by Christophe. The site is beautiful and the area was perfect for cycling which was one of the main reasons for choosing this location. We would definitely recommend this gîte to anyone who likes peace and tranquillity and a real taste of rural France.
