Northern Perche, land of forests and manor houses, cradle of the Percheron horse breed. Historical link with Canada (emigration, on-site museum). Good road links (N12). Numerous walks in the vicinity. Local shops and restaurants.

On Place St-Laurent in the village of Tourouvre: 11 2-person rooms, 6 3-person rooms, 1 1-person room, 1 6-person dormitory, kitchen, 2 living rooms (one with TV), 27 sinks, 21 showers, 11 toilets. Gas central heating included. DRAPS PROVIDED.
Breakfast: €4 per person for a minimum of 25 people, to be paid at the gîte one week before your stay.
Gîte undergoing renovation. There is no shower in the Giffard room.
Rentals for less than 6 people are not possible on Mondays and Tuesdays.

    Très bon gîte pour groupe

    Très bon accueil, gîte très pratique pour les reunions de famille. Ensemble très propre, cuisine fonctionnelle, grandes salles.
    Facilité d'accès et de parking.

    Basique mais propre

    En soirée dans la salle des fêtes à côté donc très pratique et suffisant pour juste dormir, cest très basique mais en revanche c'est nickel pour la propreté, la salle de douche est bof, je ne passerai pas plusieurs jours , une nuit suffit. mais pour le prix c'est très bien et la personne pour la remise des clefs est très agréable
