The terrace of the Gite du Sablon opens onto an exceptional panorama within an 8-hectare estate of orchards, woods, meadows and ponds, with numerous animals: horses, sheep, llamas, goats, chickens, geese, swans, racing ducks, peacocks, koi carp. You'll probably be lucky enough to spot a wild roe deer that regularly grazes near the horses!
Dogs are welcome, subject to animal compatibility.
Reinforced socket available for recharging electric cars.

Maminette Séjour familial week-end anniversaire
Endroit idéal pour un séjour en famille, le gîte se trouve dans un écrin de verdure, avec des animaux pour le grand plaisir des petits et des grands.
La piscine couverte nous a permis de passer de formidables moments.
La propriété est très bien entretenue.

Excellent séjour au Sablon.
Maison atypique, au calme, spacieuse et parfaitement équipée.
On ne compte plus les heures au billard ou dans la piscine.
L'accès extérieur offre vue imprenable sur le Perche.
Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très accueillant.

Monsieur P. Impeccable
Les hôtes sont adorables, le gîte et ses alentours superbes (mention spéciale au domaine de plusieurs hectares très bien entretenu, un vrai régal avec du soleil). Il y a des équipements dans tous les sens (cuisine, salle de bains, jeux très variés pour les enfants, prise pour voiture électrique... la liste dispo sur le site paraît exagérée mais il n'en est rien, on a vraiment l'impression de vivre dans une villa hyper équipée). Vous n'aurez pas assez de 2-3 jours pour profiter de tout, essayez de maximiser votre venue, vous aurez tout ce qu'il faut pour un super souvenir.

NS92 Séjour au Sablon
Grande maison familiale pouvant accueillir plus de 4 couples et enfants (chambres modernes au premier, pas celles du rez de chaussée, grand séjour salle à manger, salon télé pour 3/6 personnes). Très belle piscine, sauna, jacuzzi avec une superbe vue sur collines et vallées. Accueil des propriétaires avec des légumes de leur potager et qui laissent tout à disposition. Des animaux sur place, dont des paons en liberté.

Les Normands grêlés Super gîte
Super séjour, la maison est très belle et propre, piscine très agréable et bien chauffée. On recommande ce gîte. Propriétaires agréables.
