The Gite du P'tit Boucher is a charming house entirely renovated in 2020 by the Courcière family, and handed down through several generations. It once belonged to a man called "Leboucher", which is probably why the hamlet has been known by this name since the 19th century. At the end of a lane, you'll enjoy a quiet, wooded setting, not overlooked, with cows grazing opposite the gite. For fishing enthusiasts, over 20 km of trout, pike, crayfish and whitefish rivers are nearby. Fish farm with fishing lake 1 km away. Rabodanges lake and La Ferté Macé leisure park 23 km away. Visit a goat farm 5 km away. Rustik immersion park 22 min. Car rental available in Argentan on arrival at the train station.
Detached, single-storey Bungalow. Living room with wood-burning stove (wood supplied free of charge) and 2-person sofa bed, connected ambilight smart TV, and fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (2-person bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Excellent Internet connection (fiber). Terrace and fully-equipped summer kitchen (plancha-barbecue combo, fridge and microwave), garden dining table with 6 chairs, garden furniture, 4 sun loungers, 2 deckchairs. Heating included. Garden with trees and orchard surrounded by grassland. Shelter for bikes and car. Table tennis and möllky games, badminton rackets, pétanque. Reinforced recharging point for electric vehicle (invoiced according to actual consumption). Small dogs accepted by prior arrangement with the owner, subject to a surcharge on the security deposit. For business customers, cleaning is compulsory.

Nous remercions M et Mme Courcière pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur gentillesse.
Le gîte est très agréable à vivre, tout y est, rien ne manque. L'endroit est tranquille avec un joli jardin, de la verdure et des arbres. La petite Cité de caractère d' Ecouché à quelques kilomètres offrent boulangerie, boucherie, supérette, maison de la presse, café etc...Le gîte est bien situé pour une belle découverte de la région. Anne et Richard Merveilleuse semaine
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Jean Louis qui a accepter de nous recevoir en dernière minute. C'est un homme passionné par sa région et il nous a bien orienté dans nos découvertes. Une charmante petite surprise gustative nous attendait à notre arrivée.
Le gite est propre, parfaitement chauffé, la literie confortable.Malgré les nombreuses intempéries nous avons découvert une région fabuleuse. Il se dégage de cette campagne vallonnée, que nous avons découvert avec un grand enthousiasme un petit aire de paradis.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le gîte est confortable. C'est très calme ; nous y avons très bien dormi. La terrasse et le jardin sont très agréables par beau temps. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir un jour!

Romain Coin chaleureux au calme
Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour. Le gîte est bien équipé pour un séjour en famille. La maison est propre, cozy et fonctionnel. Malgré le froid hivernal, on restait bien au chaud autour de la cheminée le soir. Notre fils s'est bien régalé avec le coffre à jouets et a très bien dormi la nuit, ce qui est très appréciable pour les jeunes parents. Jean Louis était très aimable et patient, toujours à l'écoute. On recommande vivement.

Le gîte est très propre, confortable et très bien équipé. Le cadre calme et bucolique, aspire à la détente. Une belle découverte, qui donne envie de revenir...
