Le Presbytère - La Perrière

This gîte has been lovingly restored by the commune and is located at the top of the village. The village of La Perrière and the surrounding area offer beautiful walks in all seasons.

In the Perche region, in the heart of La Perrière, on the promontory of the Eperon site on the edge of the Bellême forest, this presbytery has been restored with great charm and comfort, retaining its wood panelling, parquet floors and fireplaces, and decorated by local artists. The village is a lively place for events.

Independent former presbytery with central heating included.
Ground floor: hallway, study, living room with kitchenette, lounge (harmonium, library), wc (accessible by 4 steps), gaming room (ping-pong).
First floor: bedroom (3 single beds including 1 pull-out), bedroom (3 single beds including 1 pull-out), bedroom (150 cm double bed, 2-person sofa bed), shower room/WC, bathroom/WC (tumble dryer).

The Holiday cottage is close to the church, which still has its working bells (day and night times and angelus at 7 a.m.).
