This former presbytery has been completely restored, preserving its authenticity: interior shutters, cob and pan de bois walls on the ground floor, magnificent exposed beams in the attic rooms... Each room is decorated with real herbarium plates and has excellent bedding. You'll enjoy the village's sports and leisure facilities, the national forest crossed by the nearby greenway, and just a few kilometers from the equestrian center, go-karting circuit and leisure center at Le Mêle sur Sarthe (accessible to all).

Rental of village hall (140 pers.)= 300€+30€ heating in winter. No noise pollution with the gîte.
