Nestled in a green setting amidst organically farmed fields, the Moulin de Radray is a little paradise on earth in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche. With a river running through it, planted with remarkable trees and bathed in birdsong, Christine's gîte is the perfect place for families and friends to enjoy the serenity of the setting and discover the Perche region: its small towns of character, national forests, hedged valleys, castles and manor houses. If you're a lover of old stones with a soul and antiques, you'll appreciate the 17th-century fireplace and bread oven, as well as the dairy converted into a kitchen. The mill, which still has its wheel and millstone, is available for educational tours (by appointment). Le Moulin de Radray offers a haven of peace and quiet. Its 3 very sociable cats will welcome you at the gate.
Semi-detached house adjacent to the owner’s home, on an all-inclusive basis.
- Ground floor:
living room with sitting area (smart TV connected to TV channels), fireplace, and piano. Fully equipped kitchen (3 steps).
- First floor:
landing with a desk, bookshelf, and bench for a reading nook.
The “Bief” bedroom (16 m²) features a double bed (Bed 140 x 190 cm) and a single bed (90 x 190 cm).
- Mezzanine:
The “Cascade” bedroom (26 m²) features 4 single beds (80 x 200 cm).
Tumble dryer and electric vehicle charging available for a fee.
The river runs through the garden, which features an open-air pond.
Additional guests can be accommodated in the on-site Bed and breakfast.

Christine est une provençale enjouée tombée sous le charme du Perche et en particulier du moulin de Radray.
Elle est heureuse de partager les spécificités de ce lieu encore protégé avec des gens sensibles à la beauté et au respect du vivant. Le logis a été rénové avec des matériaux anciens ou bio sourcés. Elle accueille aussi des stages autour du bien-être, de la spiritualité et de l'écologie. Elle souhaite restaurer les parties techniques du moulin qui a tourné jusqu'en 1950 : roue, engrenages, meule, bluttoir que vous pourrez visiter sur demande.

Nous pensons également qu'il s'agit d'une erreur de votre part au moment de cocher la case : nous avons toujours d'excellents retours sur cet hébergement et le ménage n'a jamais fait l'objet de remarques
« Monsieur, je suis très surprise par vos commentaires et votre « non recommandation".
En effet, j'ai été ravie de vous accueillir à votre arrivée à Radray où vous attendait une bouteille du délicieux jus de pommes du moulin en cadeau de bienvenue. Vous avez exigé que la disposition des lits dans la chambre que vous aviez choisie en arrivant soit changée et nous nous sommes exécutés ensemble.
A la suite, je vous ai fait visiter le moulin.
Par ailleurs, lorsque vous avez eu un problème avec le gaz le premier soir vers 21h30, je vous ai ouvert ma propre cuisine pour que vous puissiez cuisiner. Pour me faire pardonner ce désagrément et pensant que le réparateur mettrait du temps à venir, je vous ai offert le restaurant le lendemain midi alors même que le problème avait été résolu dans la matinée par le technicien venu finalement très rapidement.
Le jour de votre départ, vous m'avez demandé de rester plus longtemps et de profiter du parc en attendant l'heure de votre rendez-vous. J'ai acquiescé à votre demande alors même que je devais accueillir d'autres hôtes.
Certes le four professionnel du gîte est ancien et mériterait, à vos yeux, d'être changé (vous me l'avez dit en souriant) mais il fonctionne parfaitement. Nous y songerons.
Vous étiez venus dans le Perche pour échapper à la canicule et aux chaleurs parisiennes. Vous m'avez dit avoir passé un bon séjour, au frais et que » à part le four, tout était parfait ».
J'avoue ne pas comprendre.

Le site de Radray est enchanteur, magnifiquement aménagé tout en étant préservé d'un point de vue environnemental!
La propriétaire des lieux est très accueillante, dynamique, de très bon conseil et fait confiance à ses hôtes. Gîte très calme,à trois kilomètres de toutes les commodités.

Our hostess Christine was always welcoming and Moulin de Radray is her stunning renovation project, set in beautiful grounds with a small river running through it. It exceeded our expectations, and gave us everything we love about being outdoors in natural beauty. It is peaceful and quiet and a lovely place to come back to after being out exploring. The Perche area is very scenic indeed - lovely friendly people. The cycling and walking opportunities are great and there are plenty of local markets, gardens, villages and houses to visit as well.

Jerry Complete tranquility
A very quiet retreat, and Christine the owner, was really lovely.our French and Christine’s English are about on par so we made each other understood reasonably easily!The pussycats we’re absolutely adorable. There was no TV so take books and games.We knew that before we booked so it was not a disappointment. The ideal place for a break from the hustle and bustle of life in the U.K.Plenty of great Brasseries within a few miles and a supermarket within 1 mile.Fabulous open fire,and a ready supply of logs , really welcoming.Stairs could be a problem for anyone having any disability or quite elderly but just be careful going up and down.Lots of villages to visit and churches and chateaux in abundance.
