The Moulin de la Fonte adjoins a vast and magnificent 3.5-hectare private pond in a very peaceful setting, in the heart of the Parc naturel du Perche. The Grande Randonnée (long-distance footpath) 22 passes just a few meters from the gite and leads you to the Réno-Vadieu state forest, famous for its superb oak trees several hundred years old.
Detached former mill with central and electric heating.
Lounge without TV (Godin stove), living room, fitted kitchen, bedroom (2 single beds) with toilet.
First floor (access by stairs from living room): large bedroom (2-person 160 cm bed, TV) on garden level with enclosed terrace overlooking pond, bathroom (hydromassage bath) with toilet.
First floor (access by stairs from kitchen): 1 bedroom (2-person 160 cm bed) with private shower room/wc, 3 bedrooms (2-person bed) each with washbasin, shower room, separate wc, bedroom (2-person 1-bed) with private shower room/wc, bathroom (bath and shower) and separate wc.
4000 m² enclosed garden with trees.
Garage, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Table tennis. Table tennis.
No loud music is allowed between 10 pm and 8 am.

Un lieu on ne peut que se plaire qui vous transporte dans les codes des années 80. Le moulin accuse certes le poids des années.. mais c’est justement ce q
ui fait tout son charme..
Nous etions 12 ( 50 a 65 ans) a avoir apprécié..autour d’un feu de cheminée chaque soir..
Et encore Merci a mr Blime pour son accueil et sa gentillesse pour avoir arrangé notre horaire de départ- Cleanliness

LH Ideal pour un week-end en famille
Le gite est spacieux et très agréable à vivre. Idéal pour une famille de 14 personnes réunissant 3 générations.
Nous avons pu passer d'agréables moments ensemble sans nous "marcher" dessus.
Nous avons été accueilli par le propriétaire qui nous a fait visité tout le gite et nous indiquer comment fonctionnait la cuisine et l'ensemble des éléments du moulin.
A proximité de plusieurs belles villes et villages de caractères. UN GR passe juste derrière le gite.
A recommander sans aucune hésitation.

Brumab Un beau week-end au gîte
Après un accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire, nous avons pleinement profité du gîte et de la région environnante avec nos VTT. La maison est idéalement placée et au calme.

Pas Spacious, comfortable Gite.
Generous sized bedrooms & living area. Useful to have 2 reception rooms and so many bathrooms. Beautiful region, lovely walks. Thank you, Phillipe.
