Ideal for hikers, horse riders and cyclists, this small gite is located in the heart of the Longny au Perche and Charencey forests, just a few meters from the family's 15-hectare pond. You're sure to spot swans on the pond and big game along the way!
Detached former mill. Ground floor: living room (2-person sofa bed) with kitchenette and sitting area, laundry room with toilet.
First floor: mezzanine bedroom (2-person bed), shower room.
Terrace. Reversible air-conditioning on ground floor and Electric heating included.
Bordering a road with very little traffic and a river below. Pétanque and Tennis courts just a few yards away.
Extra charge of €2/day for pets. Fishing card available for the communal lake 500 m away. Fishing prohibited in the Holiday cottage's family pond.
For business customers, cleaning is compulsory.

Nous avons passés une semaine pour nos vacances et c'était très bien les propriétaires sont gentils le gîte était très propre et c'était très reposant il y a des beaux lieux à visiter dans les alentours mais aussi des étangs pour pêcher (pour les fans de pêche ) les habitants du village sont tres accueillant et cest vraiment agréable en gros c'est un bel endroit pour passer des vacances et se reposer
