Ideal for hikers, horse riders and cyclists, this small gite is located in the heart of the Longny au Perche and Charencey forests, just a few meters from the family's 15-hectare pond. You're sure to spot swans on the pond and big game along the way!
Detached former mill. Ground floor: living room (2-person sofa bed) with kitchenette and sitting area, laundry room with toilet.
First floor: mezzanine bedroom (2-person bed), shower room.
Terrace. Reversible air-conditioning on ground floor and Electric heating included.
Bordering a road with very little traffic and a river below. Pétanque and Tennis courts just a few yards away.
Extra charge of €2/day for pets. Fishing card available for the communal lake 500 m away. Fishing prohibited in the Holiday cottage's family pond.
For business customers, cleaning is compulsory.

Nancdp Leuk verblijf
Goede ligging om de streek te bezoeken. Huisje tip-top in orde. We hebben een goed verblijf gehad. Enkel jammer dat er geen tuin aan was. Het beetje voortuin was ook niet afgesloten om de hond even buiten te laten. Want dan kwam je gelijk op straat. En geen directe toegang tot bos. Ook jammer dat we de gastvrouw niet hebben ontmoet, al was het maar enkel om "hallo" te zeggen. Communicatie verliep verder wel prima via WhatsApp. Makkelijke afspraak om de sleutel te krijgen. Een adresje om terug te komen. Wat je krijgt voor de prijs: prima.

Laet Une petit havre de paix
Le calme... C'est ce que j'étais venue chercher et ce que j'ai trouvé ! Le gîte a tout ce qu'il faut. Ni plus ni moins quand on veut tout de l essentiel sans avoir besoin du superflu.
Si vous cherchez la campagne, la forêt, la rivière... Pour vous ressourcer seul ou en couple c'est le lieu idéal !
De nombreuses balades et visites aussi à faire à moins de 10km du gîte.
