Superb loft on the first floor of the former stables, used as a drying room for the flax grown in the region. Set in the heart of a horse stud farm, the property extends over 13 hectares of meadows, woods and ponds, which can be crossed by quiet footpaths.

Self-contained loft in a former flax drying shed. Ground floor: spa (€100/weekend - €200/week for unlimited access regardless of length of stay) and sauna (€20 for pre-heating each time and for 1 hour of use, then €5 for the next hour), shower, separate toilet and laundry room. 1st floor: living room with kitchenette and sitting area (swiveling pellet stove, TV), attic bedroom (4 single beds, TV) with adjoining shower room/wc. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms each with TV (1 x 160 cm double bed, 1 x 140 cm double bed, 2 x 90 cm single beds), shower room with wc. Raised terrace on the same level as the living room, enclosed (gas plancha). Pellet and electric heating. Shared tumble dryer. Unenclosed garden. Goats and horses on site. 2300 m2 lake with ducks.
