Le hameau perché is a sprawling 2-hectare property nestled in the heart of nature, featuring a pond, surrounded by forests, and offering breathtaking views of the Perche countryside. A direct path leads you to the greenway less than 100 meters below, allowing you to walk or bike to the village of Rémalard with all its shops and services. It’s the perfect spot for families. Stargazers will be in heaven! Less than 2 km away: La Petite Rochelle garden, featuring a water play area in July and August. Just a few minutes away: the Perche Nature Park Visitor Center in Courboyer offers exhibitions, horse-drawn carriage rides, and nature activities.
