The perfect Holiday cottage for tribes! The large living room is perfect for large families (please note that we won't accept any overcrowding). The Chaillou family has completely rebuilt this self-sufficient house, heated by solar panels on the roof. The interior has been fitted out in a totally recycled spirit, with all mod cons, not forgetting a dream-sized swimming pool accessible from the living room...
A video projector and Bluetooth sound system are available.
Baby bed linen is not provided.
House with direct access to private indoor 9 x 4-meter swimming pool, equipped with year-round heated swimming pool and shower, adjoining another 9-person Holiday cottage (G842). Ground floor: spacious living room with kitchen, 2 separate toilets with washbasin.
First floor: sitting room (TV) on landing, bedroom (2 double beds 140 cm), bedroom (double bed 140 cm), bedroom (double bed 140 cm), shower room with Italian shower, separate wc, bedroom (1 double bed 140 cm and 2 single beds), bedroom (double bed 140 cm, baby bed), shower room with wc.
Single-storey bedroom with outside access, adapted for people with reduced mobility (2-person bed), private shower room and wc. Enclosed communal courtyard with lawn, swing and Kids' playhouse. Table tennis. Possibility of bike and motorcycle shelter. Underfloor solar heating included. Pets not allowed on request for €30. Piscine not suitable for unaccompanied children. Diving prohibited.

Magui Fabuleux
Le grand magasin est joliment décoré , en plus d’être bien situé dans un petit village du Perche avec une magnifique forêt et une belle campagne . Les hôtes sont très accueillants, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir .

Nous avons loué les deux gîtes pour un week-end en famille. Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique du propriétaire, tout été propre et confortable, la piscine chauffée est vraiment un plus ! Je recommande vivement cet endroit, c’était parfait en tout point. Nous reviendrons.

Marie Superbe sejour
Superbe séjour en famille dans ce gîte confortable dans le perche. Très bien équipé, tres spacieux. Avec une chambre accès PMR ( très pratique). Un grand merci aux propriétaires d une grande gentillesse, nous offrant même du boudin noir en guise de bienvenue .

Elena Séjour idéal
Ideal pour un séjour en famille, le gîte est juste parfait , avec la piscine intérieure, table de ping pong, grand séjour familial, les chambres/literie confortable, la cuisine avec pleins de frigos et matériel de professionnel (le lave vaisselle est performant il suffit juste de comprendre comment l'utiliser en vidant bien l'eau)
