Ground floor: entrance, living room with fully equipped kitchen and sitting area (TV), bedroom (2-person 160 cm bed, 1-person bed), bedroom (2-person 160 cm bed), shower room (Italian shower) with toilet, laundry room, separate toilet. Floor: landing (bookcase), shower room (Italian shower) with wc, bedroom (2-person bed), bedroom (2-person beds), bedroom (4-person beds including 2 bunk beds). Wood heating. Terrace. Private, unfenced garden of approx. 2000 m², with soccer goal and plastic Cabin for Kids, ping pong table. Possibility of garage for bikes or motorcycles. 2-seater outdoor Spa with a supplement of €80 for the weekend and €100 for the week, payable on site. Housekeeping included. MAXIMUM 10 PEOPLE ALLOWED.

Très bon accueil, dans ce gîte parfait, il ne manque rien, c'est beau, l'ambiance des matériaux de construction est chaude, le chauffage était allumé avant notre arrivée (il ne faisait pas froid dehors), tout était superbe, merci pour tout

Annegi Séjour bucolique
Nous avons séjourné dans une magnifique longère aménagée avec beaucoup de goût, très fonctionnel et très propre .Idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis , dans un environnement très calme , à proximité de villes touristiques comme Mortagne au perche eu bien Bellême ..Excellent accueil des propriétaires qui ont su faire découvrir aux enfants le monde de la ferme...
