Set on the edge of a 500-hectare forest, this "ECOGITE" house has been entirely built with sustainable development in mind (certified wood, photovoltaic panels-heat recovery system, rainwater recovery for sanitary facilities, reinforced insulation, etc.). The nearby town of L'Aigle also offers a wide range of activities and services, not forgetting a visit to the BOHIN factory.
Independent wood-frame ECOGITE built in 2016, on one level and adapted for disabled people: living room (pellet stove) with sitting area and kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 2 single bunk beds), shower room (walk-in shower) with toilet, separate toilet. Air and wood heating. Enclosed 1200 m² garden with covered terrace (electric barbecue, sun loungers) and bicycle shed. Selective waste sorting. Children's cabin.
Sleeps up to 8 people (€10 per extra person at weekends and €20 per week).

Famille Subrin Vacances en normandie
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et avons été bien accueilli par le propriétaire des lieux. Une semaine magnifique passée dans ce gîte que nous avions choisi en fonction du handicap de nos deux enfants. Ce gîte est parfaitement adapté à leurs besoins. Un grand terrain a permis à nos enfants de s’amuser avec la balançoire la cabane et le toboggan.

LouiseM Un très beau gîte, dans un cadre tranquille
Très beau gîte, très agréable, idéal pour les familles. Il y a tout le confort, un jardin sans vis-à-vis, le gîte est éco-responsable et accessible pour les personnes à mobilité réduite (plein pied, salle de bain et WC adaptés...). Le coin est entouré de forêts et de quelques maisons, donc peu de bruit et de passages de voitures. Les commerces sont à 10 minutes en voiture.
On a vraiment passé un très bon séjour, très tranquille, je recommande !- Cleanliness

Gite très confortable Situé tout près de lAigle dans une belle campagne. Rien ne manque dans le gîte,très propre de belles chambres une belle pièce principale.
