In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, the 4 Seasons gîte offers modern decor and comfort in a bright, welcoming atmosphere.
Formerly a flour mill and grain storage facility, Jean-Noël and Christine have completely remodeled the building to create the homes of tomorrow.
House close to a farm.
Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room and WC.
First floor: 4 bedrooms (1 bed 160cm x 200cm, 7 beds 90cm x 200cm, TV), bathroom, shower room, WC and landing.
Electric heating.
Enclosed grounds of 730 m².
Tumble dryer.
Portico, ping-pong table and pétanque court.
Possibility of 4 extra beds (€33/additional person) and 2 babies (cots and high chairs).
A cleaning fee of €90 is charged for business customers.
For business customers, bed linen and cleaning are compulsory.

desolé pour les chiens ils ne sont pas au proprietaire car il habite Mortagne .ils appartiennent au voisin ils ont des colliers electriques donc il faut bien allez au gites qui est annoncé par panneaux et pas allez chez le voisin

Nath Noël 2024
Accueil chaleureux et attentionné, la déco de Noël était faite pour le bonheur des plus petits. Idéale pour nos retrouvailles en famille. Ferme pédagogique au bout du jardin visible des fenêtres...enfants et grands très amusés. Gîte très spacieux et très bien équipé.
Petit bémol: pas ou peu de réseau téléphonique pour certains opérateurs.
