Laure and Edgard open the doors of their 18th-century Percheron farmhouse in the heart of the Perche Ornais region, 8 km from Mortagne au Perche and 100 m from the village's Base de loisirs (tennis court, boules pitch, minigolf and fishing pond).
Country house with separate entrance and central heating.
Ground floor: living room reserved for guests (fireplace), 1 bedroom adapted for people with reduced mobility (1 double bed 180 cm), shower room with toilet and private terrace,
1 bedroom adapted for people with reduced mobility (1 double bed), bathroom with unpartitioned wc. Extra bed available.
First floor: 1 suite of 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), bathroom with toilet.
If 2 people in the 2 bedrooms of the suite, a supplement will be requested.
3200 m² enclosed garden.

Gilles SQY Confortabme et bien situé
Accueil très sympathique. petit déjeuner copieux. Chambre confortable. Logement bien situé par rapport aux centres d'intérêts du Perche (Mortagne, Sees, La Chapelle Montligeon ...) et les nombreuses et belles forêts aux alentours bien balisées pour de belles randonnées.

K&B&W Warm and welcoming
Laure & Edgard were very welcoming & interesting to talk to. Home made food was excellent! We bought spring & summer honey from local producer near by. A visit to Haras du pin where the Royal Stable from Louis 14 is also a unique experience.
The show at 4pm was definitely worth waiting for! The final day to visit a small but very original church in the village was also special. Unique French countryside life !- Cleanliness
