Renovated detached Chalet with access via three steps: terrace, living room (stove, 2-person sofa bed) with kitchenette (combined microwave oven), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), shower room with WC. Electric heating and Wood heating (WOOD AVAILABLE FROM OCTOBER 1 TO APRIL 30).
Enclosed garden of 1,500 m² bordered by a river and the millstream. Electric vehicle recharging point: €5/week. Arrivals on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday on request.
