Fully-renovated, 3-star and 3 épis-rated town house, located in the quiet center of Mortagne au Perche's Historical district, the starting point for numerous Hiking and cycling tours. The gîte is on the discovery circuit of the old City, just a stone's throw from the famous Place Notre Dame Market on Saturday mornings and numerous shops and restaurants.
Parking is free near the Holiday cottage or in adjacent streets, sometimes in a blue zone. Electric vehicle charging station nearby, Place de la République.
Wifi available in the house.
Pets are welcome.

Separate toilet with washbasin on landing. 2nd floor: landing bedroom (3 single beds 90 x 200cm) and open-plan bathroom (bath and washbasin). Free public parking 100m away. Electric vehicle charging points nearby. Holiday cottage without garden.

Un gîte extrêmement calme. Une décoration de goût. Un logement aménagé avec soin. Un emplacement idéal à 3 pas du marché et du centre. Et puis la générosité de l'accueil. Nous avons passé un TRES bon week-end.

Déodat 31 Mortagne au Perche
Gite agréable et calme en centre ville de Mortagne au Perche. Seul bémol : un accès au second étage par un escalier de meunier très abrupt ; à déconseiller aux personnes âgées et aux jeunes enfants.

Bonjour chers hôtes et merci pour votre avis. En effet, le gîte est très agréable et cet escalier meunier est bien sûr un peu raide. S'il n'est pas aisé pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, pour les enfants il est sécurisé par une barrière enfant

Nous avons été très bien accueillis à l'arrivée et au départ.
Question accessibilité : l'escalier pour monter au 2ème étage est très abrupte.
Les lieux sont très bien équipés, et situés au cœur de la Ville.
Je recommande cette petite ville qui est très active et accueillante. De nombreux sites à visiter autour, une histoire, et de très beaux paysages !- Cleanliness

Merci Agnès pour votre avis. En effet, l'escalier menant au second est un peu abrupt mais s'agissant d'un vieille maison de 1860, c'était difficile de faire autrement. Je vois que vous n'avez pas attribué 5* à 3 points. Pourriez-vous me dire ce qu'il manquait en matière de confort et en propreté afin que je puisse améliorer le service rendu. Je vous en remercie.
