On the borders of Orne and Calvados, between Argentan and Falaise, this Holiday cottage is ideally located for discovering Normandy. The small village of Nécy boasts a city stadium, a restaurant, a charging point for electric vehicles and a grocery store (which also offers bakery, butcher/caterer and post office services, except Sunday afternoons).

Dorothy & Martin Wonderful stay at La Paillerie
We had a wonderful 2 weeks stay at La Paillerie. Our hosts were very welcoming and the accommodation surpassed our expectations. There was everything we needed and more. The gite is in an excellent location for visiting Normandie - from local towns & markets, cider and cheese tours to Mt St Michael & other Norman abbeys.

Lorraine H Beautiful gite in a quiet area
Lovely barn conversion with easy access and parking. Pleasant outside area for early evenings. Modern facilties inside. Good lighting. Modern walk in shower. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Owners Colette and Jean-Luc were very friendly and helpful. Remembered school-day French was just about good enough for communications.
Necy is a good location for visiting WWII museums, Bayeux, Argentan, Falaise and various local chateaux. Leclerc supermarket about 20 mins away.
