Jean-Pierre wanted to make the Ferme de la Monnerie a convivial home for family gatherings and holidays. He has kept the charm of the old for the exterior and preferred a very contemporary vision for the interior. Ideal for welcoming your tribe in need of oxygen, chlorophyll and calm, this gite offers numerous opportunities for outdoor leisure activities. Country house entirely restored in 2016, adjoining another gite.
Ground floor: living room (TV) with kitchenette, sitting room (TV, fireplace, sofa bed), 1 bedroom (1 x 160 cm double bed) with private shower room and toilet, shower room, toilet, laundry room.
1st floor (accessed via living room): 1 bedroom (2 single beds) with en-suite shower room, 1 bedroom (2 single beds) with en-suite shower room, wc. First floor (access from living room): mezzanine (sofa bed for 2, TV), 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with en-suite shower room and private wc.
Electric heating included up to 40 kwh per day. Bed linen and towels provided. Unenclosed grounds with unenclosed pond. Boxes and grassland on site. Shuffleboard, skittles and petanque.
